Who Are We?
Makaway Kids Camp is a Christian summer camp for deserving children ages 7-11.
What Do We Do?
We provide an opportunity for deserving children to experience a five day summer camp. Many of these children, without the ministry of Makaway, may never have this opportunity to receive hope, encouragement, acceptance and unconditional love.
How does It Work?
Makaway is totally committed to helping the deserving children in our community. Although the cost for a child to attend a five day camp is $200.00, we charge no fee. We are reliant upon sponsors who share our vision of camping to reach these deserving children.
Our Goals:
To provide a fun, loving and life impacting environment where we can mentor, teach life skills, and develop sincere relationships with the children, youth and families who take part in our program.
